Boilers can be a major investment for any home. It’s important to choose the right boiler for your needs. when you speak with the Gas Assist customer services team we’ll look at the different types of boilers and match one that fits your requirements and cost.

We can normally install your chosen new boiler and heating system the very next day.

Our Gas Safe engineer will arrive with your boiler and all parts. They usually arrive around 9 am but they will call to let you know when they will arrive.

The Gas Assist Gas Registered engineer will fully protect your home before the installation commences with dust sheets.

Our Gas Safe engineers will carry out the work to the highest possible level, making sure they protect any areas in which they work and cleaning up any areas in which they have worked.

We only ask that you clear the areas in which the Gas Assist engineers need to work to give them access.

Every boiler installation is chemically flushed. Which will protect your central heating system against corrosion.

Your old boiler and associated parts will be taken away from your home on the day of installation and recycled.

If your old boiler contains asbestos then we would need to arrange a specialist asbestos contractor, at an additional cost.

If you’re unsure if your boiler contains asbestos, please give the Gas Assist customer service team a call on 01202 135758 and we’ll check this for you, existing tanks will be removed from your home.

We will contact you the day before installation to confirm all details.

Gas Assist will also wire your existing or new thermostat to the new boiler.
